CHARITY DINNER 2011
All of us contributed in this event. The all of us I meant is actually my Morale class in college, yes I know why there's still morale lessons in college, its their college and their lesson, we have to put that subject in our study plan without any choice and there's 3 morale have to take to graduate, and this is my Morale II.
However, this particular subject was kind of fun because one of our assignments are to organize an event. We actually combined classes which we call sections of the same lecture, Mr Norizan. After combining sections, there were more students, therefore its a confident that this event would be a grand success. We voted for the leaders and also the head in charge of every management, like the event management, food, decorations and the rest.
After having the team, every once in a week, there were meetings and discussions, we all shared our ideas and finally implemented every great ideas into this event. All was planned well and everything was well organized by the team. All was well done from the event flow, PA system, food, photographers and decorations.
On 25th July 2011, afternoon, everyone were in the venue, Admin Gallery, setting up the place and performers practicing. It took all of our hands top put up the place and everyone worked together very well without any hard feelings.The event started late, but it was a grand. The timing in every performance and also the event flow was great. Everything went very well, the food was good, which I didn't had anything, the people were well dressed and the security done their role very well.
Finally the event was a grand success and everyone had a very good time. Congratulations everyone who contributed in this event.
